JTL is the leading work-based learning provider in the building services engineering sector across England and Wales. We`re a not-for-profit charity offering advanced apprenticeships in electrical, engineering maintenance, and mechanical engineering services comprising plumbing, heating and ventilating and property maintenance. We serve approximately 6,000 apprentices and 3,000 employers. As Product Manager, we`ll look to you to manage our wide portfolio of training products throughout the product lifecycle. It`s an exciting role where you will identify, assess and advise senior management on great new opportunities. You will champion new products, defining their proposition and requirements through research and analysis. Not only will you help us grow, you`ll also help us develop and co-ordinate the delivery of each product as per its plan. And, being project focused, you will create a robust product review cycle to ensure that JTL continues to offer the best training it can.
Whilst based in Birmingham, occasional travel will be required to other JTL offices and centres.
To be successful in this role you`ll need:
-A degree in an applicable field or experience relevant to the field
-Demonstrable experience of product or project management
-Keen attention to detail and organisational skills
-Effective communication skills.
